Home & holiday let call out visits provide a more tailored approach ensuring all issues will be fixed on site quickly. You can book a convenient time & date to suit your commitments and we will visit at the time. Normally within an hour of booking time depending on committents of the day.

Home Tech Support Service hourly rates are shown below. The initial call out fee is £15 plus the hourly technician rate required. Where a physical repair is needed that can be booked in directly with our Pick Up & Drop Off Service.

0 to 1 hour £20 (example call out - basic WiFi setup)

1 to 2 hours £40 (example call out WiFi and mulitiple device setup)

2 to 3 hours £60 (example call out complex multiple device issues)
