Sending In Your Repair




Before Packing

Purchase the repair you need and proceed through checkout then get ready to send your iPhone / iPad to us for repair.

If you can back up your iPhone / iPad to your iCloud before sending.

Turn off your passcode, if your iPhone / iPad has a smashed screen and you cannot do this please include your passcode with your device (we will need to test your device before and after repair)

Do not include any accessories.

Please include your order number, name, address & contact number or email address.



Firstly wrap your iPhone / iPad in bubble wrap then wrap in a layer of card to protect from further damage. Package in a bubble bag or large letter postage box. If sending in an iPad please use a small parcel postage box and pack around the iPad with newspaper.

Take to your local post office. We highly recommend that you use a tracked service and retain the postal receipt.

The day your iPhone / iPad arrives it will be repaired that day and returned to you using a tracked service, we will inform you of return tracking once your repair has been completed.
